How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data
You’re in control. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information, account settings, and preferences from our systems. This cannot be undone.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Apps & tokens are revoked immediately. Recovery is not possible once deleted.
Delete your account in the app: In four simple steps
1st Step
Open the menu
Tap the menu icon (☰) on the app and choose My Profile.
2nd Step
Go to Account Management
Scroll to Account Management and tap Delete Account.
3rd Step
Review the implications
Read about Data Removal, Applications & Tokens, and Recovery Impossible.
4th Step
Confirm deletion
Tap Delete My Account to permanently remove your data.
What gets deleted
Personal data: Profile details, preferences, and account settings.
Applications & tokens: All registered apps, API tokens, and generated codes are revoked and deleted.
Access: You will need to create a new account to use the app again.
